Frequently asked questions
Can I return my lamp if it isn't right for me?
Yes. You can return it within 30 days of delivery, for any reason, and we refund the full price. Please send it back with its accessories and, where possible, its packaging: you can try it as you would in a shop.
The process is simple: email hello@eclara.uk with your order number and we'll reply within one working day with the return address. If you've changed your mind, you pay the return postage; if the lamp is faulty or damaged, we pay it. We refund you within 14 days of receiving your return.
Are they truly cordless, or do they need to be plugged in?
Completely cordless and portable. Each lamp has a built-in rechargeable battery, so you can take it wherever you like: from the living room to the terrace, from the table to the bedroom. You only plug it in to recharge — just like your phone.
How long does the battery last on a full charge?
It depends on the model and the brightness level:
- Eclara Bodega: 8–12 hours at medium brightness, up to 20 hours on low
- Eclara Girasol: 6–10 hours at medium brightness
- Eclara Ilumina: 10–15 hours at medium brightness
All models recharge fully in 3–4 hours with the USB-C cable included.
